Actually accumulation of fats is very fast fast process in  those whose  metabolic rate is very low. metabolism means breaking down of food into energy,this may be due to genetics , hormonal disturbance or because of the person's activities (non active).

Warm Water:the best way to melt that fat is to drink luke warm water at least 3 times a day. not only in the morning but also during day time and at night. Luke warm water means the water which you can drink sip by sip..this is the best way to shed off fats. this is safe for all it will not damage your stomach inner lining and also it will boost your metabolic rate and you will definitely feel energy after using it. Low Calorie Diet:Low calorie diet doesn't mean that you go on fasting. No .Not at all. i assure you that without staying hungry you can melt your fat very fats.This another effective method is very efficient in making you slim and smart and depression free.Low calorie diet means you have to minus the processed food and cold drinks and coffee and tea. Processed food is all that food which is fried and have excess oil in it and its usually much spicy and much salty so avoid that .Cold drinks include all those drinks which are carbonated like Pepsi, cola, fanta, sprite and 7-up etc... They all are not at all healthy for you and not even for your kids. So avoid that. Make healthy meals at home like veggie foods, chicken or mutton any thing you like just keep in mind whatever you eat keep the quantity of food low, like if you are eating veggie take 3 full spoons of veggie with a chapati and the size of chapati/roti/bread should be not more than your hand. Eat healthy breakfast but don't drink milk tea instead go for green tea,mint tea or ginger tea.They are best to melt your fat and keep you healthy.and when ever you feel hunger cramps the eat any fruit. But please don't eat biscuit any kind of biscuit. At dinner time again opt for homemade food but again keep the calorie and quantity low.


walk:This is the most important thing.you have to take large steps after every meal .don't make any timing for that you can do it at any time in start but after one month you will get used to it and then you can schedule your walk. This is the best way to keep your body light.and the chances of accumulation of fat will be lowered to some extent. If you can't manage to go out for walk then no problem you can do it at your home in your room.All you have to do is to place your hands on the wall and start taking steps as if you are walking .and note the time as much as you can walk and you can do it any time .
