I am going to tell you some exercises with help of which you can loss weight of your thighs and get them into shape. Exercise # 1: Firstly warm up your self with any simple exercise. Now stand straight and vibrate/shake your both legs very fast for 2 minutes then rest for a min and then again shake them for 3 minutes and then rest for a minute and then shake for 4 minutes and then rest for a min and then shake for 5 minutes.
