All you need is:
INGREDIENTS:
1) CABBAGE-------------------- 1 CUP
2) CUMIN SEEDS--------------- 1/2 TEASPOON
3) LEMON WHOLE-------------1 small.
Note:No honey or any sugar is allowed.

PROCEDURE:
Boil 2 glass of water.When it start bubbling add cabbage pieces and cumin seeds .Boil for 2 min and then switch off the flame and add whole lemon in slices.Now cover the lid for half hour and drink this water after morning workout and night workout. It will speed up your metabolic rate and will definitely melt your fat at 50% more rate. If you are not doing any exercise then its ok. Do a brisk walk in the morning for half an hour and then take this magical drink. All the purpose of this drink is that you must be sweating already.Then this will do magic for you you will loos double than expected with this drink.
