There are too many face slimming exercises on the net ant when ever you go to your gym trainer he will suggest you so many exercises.i will tell you something that really works and will make you feel special in your surroundings and your circle.Actually there is an issue that why our faces become fat.the most basic reason is that when you take too much fat or when you have more sitting habits and you don't have fair friends around you then you start fating your face.fair friends means that those friends who don't tell you the truth about your personality.
i will tell you some easy exercises that will really affect your face shape and will tone your face muscles.and most importantly you can do them all at home at any time and frequently in a day.

pronounce A alphabet and stretch your muscles of face.this will affect your cheek muscles.

  • E
pronounce E alphabet and say it by stretching your face . This will affect the jawline muscles.
  • I 
pronounce I alphabet again stretch your face while saying this alphabet this will involve your cheek and jawline muscles.
  • O
Squeeze out your lips out and say O , this will also tone your upper and lower lip muscles and your chin.
  • U 
This alphabet will shape your chin and upper lip.

so guys this was the simplest exercise which you can do twice and thrice times a day and remember one thing you have to be consistent for the best results. Don't quit this exercise otherwise you will not get the good results. These vowels will surely help you to reduce your face fat and tone the facial muscles.
