You just have to keep light walk any time you feel convenient. Now let’s come to the point  I am going to tell you is detox drink, very natural.

Ingredients:


  1. Cabbage 1 cup (band gobhee)
  2. Water      3 cups
  3. Lemon     1
Procedure:

Boil the cabbage in water and boil it till the water reduced to one cup. Then stain the water and add lemon juice. Drink this detox water. Don’t drink while it's too hot. Drink it little warm. You have to drink it daily.you will see that your weight will loss 1 kg a week. But if you do walk and exercise with that then you will loss up to 1.5 kg a week .
