FOODS YOU CAN EAT ON NO-CARB DIET: No carb diet as we all know that is a lot tougher in Asian countries to follow, as the carbs are the main source of food that they eat three times a day and also on special occasions there is massive use of carbohydrates in foods. If you want to lose weight you have to cut down the usage of carbs. This will definitely help you in losing weight. The basic limit of carb intake No-Carb is 20-30 carbs per day but you can enjoy other macronutrients as much as you want. Simply avoid all high carb foods as they will spike the insulin levels and are sources of fat restoration in your body. WEIGHT LOSS DIET PLAN AND EXERCISES BRIDES TO BE

The young girls who are looking forward to loose weight this is the best post for them.The method i am going to share is tried and tested . In a month you can loss 10 kg or ++ and also you can tone your body shape.It will not damage your skin and you will not feel weak after this plan.

PROBLEM AREAS:


The major problem areas in women are usually shoulder width,fat at the shoulder wings at back, upper arm areas, bloated tummy,some may have two tummies i.e, upper abdominal area is little bit out and lower abdomen is much more hanged out, heavy fat on thighs and hip area. The biggest and main problem is hunger and sitting habit.

 TREATMENTS:

Firstly we will discuss the exercises which you can do at home without going to gym. You have to do these exercises regularly in sharp early in the morning and the second rap should be in evening time.

  • Warm up your body by LESLIE WALK for 5 mins.walk while you stand at the same place just move your feet like you are walking.
  • If you have STAIRS at your home ,go through them 10 times but the speed should be fast.
  • Do PLANKS.The image below is explaining the best plank position.Do as it is.1 min for one time and repeat five times .hold your breadth while doing this.
  • MONKEY JUMPS: this is the best whole body workout. you can do it at any time of the day. but this should be done two times a day. It's must. Do this for at least 5 min.






  • REVERSE PLANK: Now do the reverse planks.for at least 5 mins with 1 min each time and rest .hold your breadth while doing this.







  • LESLIE WALK: Repeat this exercise again for five min
DIET PLAN FOR A MONTH:
No hard dieting is required.Otherwise you can damage your system.The Diet plan i am going to share will not make your color complexion dull , yellow or dark rather it will make you look fresh and fair.

6:30 A.M

Exercise . As explained above.

7:00 A.M

2 glasses of plain water. Not warm water. 

7:30 A.M

Ajwain (carom seeds) 7 seeds with Luke warm water./( warm water with lemon may not suit every one it will do acidity so don't consume this drink empty stomach.)

8:00  A.M

Breakfast: 
1st option:2 Boiled eggs(2 egg white+1 egg yolk) + 2 slices of bran bread + 1 cup green tea or Peshawri kehwa with 5 drops of lemon.(Don't add milk).
2nd option: take oats 5 tbsp(soaked overnight)+1 cup skimmed milk boil them together. Add 7 almonds and you may add apple chunks.

10:00 A.M

1 Big apple with peel.

12:00 P.M


1 cup green tea.( Hot cup).

2:00 P.M

1st option:1 small chapati/bread/plain bread+curry without oil/salan/cucumber.
2nd option:1 small cup white boiled rice+boiled black pepper chicken 1 cup+cabbage 1 cup.
3rd option:1 big bowl of salad+boiled chicken(of your choice)+fruit like avocado.
4th option:you can make this meal:cabbage-recipe-for-weight-loss

4:00 P.M


1 cup warm green tea with half lemon added

6:00 P.M

Exercise as described above

8:00 P.M

1 option: Bran rusk+1 cup skimmed milk
2 option: 1 cup boiled rice without oil+ 1 cup boiled vegetables/boiled mutton /boiled chicken with black pepper.

9:30 P.M

brisk walk for 30 minutes you may increase the time after 10 days and may led it upto 1 hour.
After walk drink this magical drink;drink-for-quick-weight-loss.

THIS IS IT.YOU MUST FOLLOW STRICTLY THE RULES TOO:

RULES:
  • no sugar
  • no oil
  • no beverages/cold drinks/carbonated drinks/sugary drinks
  • no cake
  • no fatty milk
  • no banana
  • no grapes
  • no brown rice 
  • do home chores
  • don't sit for more than half hour at a time. Try to keep walking
  • be tension free
  • be happy and feel like you are getting light weight and slim
  • breath deep in morning
  • no burger
  • no fast food
  • no pizza
  • no cheese
  • no fried things
  • no ice cream
  • no chocolate
  • no biscuit of any kind
  • no toffees
