Boil water. When it start boiling add ginger and carom seeds and lower the flame and cook it for 5 minutes and then off the flame and pour it in the cup and you may add honey for flavor and you may also add 3 mint leaves. Take this tea two times a day. In the morning after breakfast and at night after dinner. It's very effective.You will notice the result in a week.
