CABBAGE RECIPE FOR WEIGHT LOSS

CABBAGE RECIPE FOR WEIGHT LOSS:
Cabbage plays very important role in weight loss. If you want to lose weight very fast then you have to make sure to take the meals which also help you to reduce your weight. Cabbage is one of them. This is very delicious meal you will enjoy it definitely.

Ingredients:

  1. Cabbage................One cup(cut in thin lengths)
  2. Garlic cloves ........2 (chopped)
  3. Ginger..................1/2 tbsp(chopped or Julian)
  4. Salt......................as per taste
  5. Green chillies.......1
  6. Chicken...............1 cup(boiled and shredded)
  7. Black pepper.......1 pinch
  8. Carrot.................1/2 cup(julian)
  9. Olive oil...............1 tbsp
  10. Mixed Herbs.........pinch
Method:
  • Roast the garlic and ginger in olive oil . Don't brown them. Just sotay them.
  • Then add boiled chicken .mix well on medium flame for about 5 min.then add salt,black pepper.
  • Now add cabbage and carrots.Mix them for a min and add green chilies and switch off the flame.
NOTE:
Don't over cook the cabbage otherwise it will be of no use. 
The natural crunch should be there.
It's a balance meal you will not feel weakness or empty stomach.

Now enjoy your meal.Don,t need to make roti or rice with it.
Don't forget to drink green tea after that.
