WEIGHT LOSS REMEDY:

Fennel seeds play very important role in your weight loss journey.You just have to consume it on daily basis for at least a month . You will notice a great change in your body because it helps in:

1.BOILING: Take one glass water and boil it.when it start boiling add 1 tbsp funnel seeds and switch off the flame.and cover the lid for 15 minutes then drink this magical drink.
Drink this at least on daily basis two times a day i.e, in morning before breakfast and at night after dinner.

2.SOAKING: You can soak fennel seeds at night in a glass of water and consume it in the morning.Don't need to eat the soaked fennel seeds.

Note: Excess of every thing is bad.So don't consume more fennel seeds.
If you don't want to drink you may eat it  mixed with almonds at snack time.
