CINNAMON DRINK:

This drink really really works if you are following it with good clean diet.Not strict diet. CINNAMON POWDER --------1 tsp
TURMERIC POWDER----------1/2 tsp
GINGER POWDER---------------1/2 tsp
LEMON JUICE--------------------1 tbsp

HONEY------------------------------1 tbsp(optional)
